Credibility IssueThis was the first illustration I made for a series about police officers in Wisconsin with credibility issues being left off of the Brady list. Wisconsin does not have a uniform method for keeping track of officers flagged with past abuses or a history of dishonesty. Milwaukee County’s list in particular had many issues with the accuracy and consistency of the data.
